Swaroop Banerjee is one of a handful of people in the world who has built entertainment ecosystems at sovereign scale. Over two decades he has architected live culture, music, sports, and media businesses across India, the GCC, APAC, Australia and global markets.

Swaroop has led 300+ global superstar concerts and 8 sports IPs across 7 nations. He has toured with Ryan Doyle, Carl Lewis, Bill Gates, David Guetta, Arijit Singh, AP Dhillon, MS Dhoni, Pierce Brosnan, Russell Peters, Gabriel Iglesias amongst others. He launched India's largest electronic music festival Vh1 Supersonic, brought the MTV VMAs format to Asia, Designed the Enchanted Valley Carnival, Directed the Global Fighting Championship, was part of the IIFA Awards, South Asian Games and Melbourne Commonwealth Games. He has created the Supermoon Touring IP in Asia, brought the globally renowned It's A Girl Thing creator conclave to India, created brand to fan economies with Red Bull, Honda, Unilever, Vodafone, Pepsi, Carlsberg, Sterling Perfumes, Skoda and built the Live to Digital fan monetisation platform at Zee — India's largest media network.

His career spans Chief Business Officer at Zee Live, CEO at Event Capital (Laqshya Media Group), Director of Youth & English Entertainment at Viacom18, and senior roles at MTV Asia, Star TV (News Corp), and Wizcraft International. He holds direct relationships with Athletes, Music Artists, Hollywood Celebrity / Creator Agents and has proudly worked at some of the most iconic venues in the world including the Ajax Arena Amsterdam, Singapore Indoor Stadium, MCG Melbourne, Darbar Marg Kathmandu in Nepal.

Today he leads Hammerhead Global UAE & Australia — a culture agency specialising in sovereign-scale live entertainment, celebrity equity partnerships, and brand-culture convergence across the GCC and APAC.
